It affects everything from healthcare to education to local economies based on farm produce. As a founding member and an engineer, my role was to work on System design, Product prototyping, and Market Research.

All India Artisans and Craftworkers Welfare Association is India's biggest Non- Profit organisation working on Handloom and Handicraft sector. They work primarily on developing craft - based enterprises and exploring commercially sustainable models for lively-hood generation.My role in the organisation was in the Research & development, craft documentation communication design & enterprise development.
